CLARK, Pampanga – The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) has committed ₱50 million for the construction of an access road leading to the new Pampanga Provincial Hospital in Clark Global City.
The announcement was made by BCDA President and CEO Joshua M. Bingcang during a site inspection on Monday, July 8, joined by BCDA Chairperson Larry B. Paredes, the BCDA Board, and key local leaders: Pampanga Governor Dennis “Nanay” Pineda, Vice Governor Lilia “Delta” Pineda, and Second District Representative and former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.

The access road will include lighting and a drainage system to ensure year-round accessibility and support hospital operations.
“This is not just infrastructure; it’s about improving lives and delivering critical healthcare closer to the people of Pampanga,” Bingcang said during the visit.

The hospital, located on a 9,259-square meter lot in Changi Gateway, is under a usufruct agreement between the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) and the provincial government.

Once completed, the 143-bed facility will feature 17 private rooms, 16 semi-private rooms, and 110 ward beds. It is designed to provide comprehensive clinical care, diagnostics, ancillary services, and administrative support for Kapampangans across the province.
The visit and funding commitment mark a major step forward in Pampanga’s push to expand public healthcare infrastructure in one of Central Luzon’s fastest-growing development hubs.
