The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) welcomed Republic of Korea Ambassador to the Philippines Lee Sang-Hwa to New Clark City, Tarlac, highlighting ongoing developments and investment opportunities.
During the visit, Ambassador Lee, accompanied by BCDA officials, toured key infrastructure projects, including the New Clark City Athletics Stadium, government administrative buildings, and the upcoming Hann Reserve, a 450-hectare luxury mountain resort featuring three premier golf courses and a public park.

The ambassador commended BCDA’s development initiatives and acknowledged its support for Korean nationals affected by the Supreme Court ruling on Camp John Hay, expressing his intent to relay BCDA’s commitment to the South Korean government.
BCDA Chairperson Hilario B. Paredes, VP for Investment Promotions and Marketing Ken Peralta, and VP for Strategic Projects Management Randy Viacrusis led the discussions, underscoring the agency’s vision for sustainable development and tourism expansion.
The Hann Reserve project is expected to boost tourism, employment, and economic activity in Central Luzon, further positioning New Clark City as a premier investment destination.
Ambassador Lee’s visit reinforced South Korea’s growing interest in Philippine development projects, particularly in infrastructure and tourism ventures that align with bilateral cooperation goals.
