The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) reaffirmed its enduring partnership with the Province of Pampanga in a meeting aimed at boosting collaboration for inclusive growth and disaster resilience.
BCDA Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Atty. Gisela Z. Kalalo led the delegation that met with Pampanga Governor Lilia Pineda and Vice Governor Dennis Pineda to discuss expanded joint initiatives for the benefit of local communities.
The provincial government expressed gratitude for BCDA’s ongoing support, including the recent donation of 200 sacks of rice and relief goods to typhoon and flood victims. BCDA’s efforts reflect its broader commitment to disaster recovery and sustainable development across Central Luzon.
