MABALACAT, Pampanga – The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), led by President and CEO Joshua M. Bingcang, mobilized additional relief aid for flood-hit communities affected by three tropical cyclones and the southwest monsoon or habagat.
BCDA kicked off its disaster response efforts by turning over 50 sacks of rice to the Mabalacat City Social Welfare and Development Office. The donation was received by Mayor Geld Aquino and will benefit families impacted by the recent storms.
The agency emphasized its continued commitment to supporting nearby communities while advancing national development projects.
