SUBIC BAY FREEPORT – The Bureau of Customs-Port of Subic on Friday condemned 20 containers of expired sugar, following orders from Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno. Acting on SRA’s recommendation and CMO 24-2021, the disposal ensures expired goods do not enter the market, protecting consumers and upholding transparency.
