Megaworld Corporation has officially unveiled Bryant Parklane, a 16-story residential condominium located at Capital Town in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The development features 463 residential units and introduces the country’s first residential condo with a co-working space concept, a move seen to appeal to young professionals and digital nomads.

“This is more than just a residence—we are creating vibrant and flexible spaces where residents can work and relax without having to leave their building,” said Eugene Lozano, head of sales and marketing, Megaworld Pampanga. Among the lobby-level amenities are shared workspaces, lounges with hammocks, a gym, and a playground.

Lozano emphasized that the project targets millennials from nearby provinces who seek alternatives to the Metro Manila work environment.

Megaworld’s head of public relations and media affairs, Harold Geronimo, highlighted the broader role of the township development in local progress. “We are not only here for business,” he said. “We are here to support the community through tourism, flood mitigation, and traffic decongestion.”

Among the initiatives cited were the opening of Rainwater Park to help mitigate flooding and the opening of township roads to ease traffic in San Fernando.
Also introduced during the press event was the upcoming Pasudeco Tower, an office space development projected to create over 3,000 jobs and boost local employment in the city.
