MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) marked the completion of its first Leadership Course (LDR) batch of 2025 with a graduation ceremony at the Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC) in Pasay City on March 7.
The LDR Batch 01/25 Class “Gahum” comprised 29 employees from various CAAP offices who completed the 10-day leadership training program. The course, conducted multiple times a year, focuses on developing essential leadership skills through workshops and hands-on exercises.
CAAP Director General Lt. Gen. Raul L. Del Rosario (Ret.), CATC Chief Gina Marie C. Lazo, and Human Resource Management Division (HRMD) Chief Amneris Gabriel led the ceremony, urging graduates to uphold excellence and integrity in their leadership roles.
“May this training be a step toward greater responsibilities, continuous learning, and meaningful contributions to your respective fields,” Del Rosario said.
CAAP continues to run training programs to strengthen leadership and competency within the aviation sector.
