The remaining ₱5 million was allocated to cancer and dialysis patients under the province’s medical assistance program and Kapampangans in need of burial assistance.

Governor-elect Lilia “Nanay” Pineda led the distribution and assured continued support for the sick and elderly. She also encouraged regular checkups through the province’s partner doctors to ensure timely treatment.

The program drew praise from families and OFWs, including Kimberly Mallari Manas from the U.S., who expressed gratitude for the care extended to their loved ones in Pampanga.

“This kind of support is a huge help to our loved ones. Even though we’re far away, we feel at ease knowing they are cared for. Thank you to Nanay Pineda and Governor Delta,” said Manas.

Nanay Pineda committed to visiting communities with Vice Governor-elect Dennis “Delta” Pineda to listen to residents’ concerns firsthand.

“I will not stay inside the office. We will go out and listen to the people’s needs—but I need the cooperation of every Kapampangan,” she said.
