CDC enhances case management with OSG benchmarking activity

CLARK FREEPORT– Clark Development Corporation (CDC) recently conducted a benchmarking activity with the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) to enhance its case management system.

The CDC Legal Affairs Group (LAG) reported that the activity aimed to learn about the functions, effectiveness, and efficiency of OSG’s Case Management Information System (CMIS). This evaluation may lead to the adoption of OSG’s CMIS within CDC’s internal operations.

The CDC delegation included officers and staff from the Legal Affairs Group and the Information Technology Division (ITD). OSG Director Eduardo Alejandro Santos explained that the CMIS is a digital platform designed to manage and track cases throughout their lifecycle, streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance.

This benchmarking activity is part of CDC’s ongoing efforts to enhance its case management system through information technology and digital platforms, aiming to improve efficiency in records management, case progress monitoring, collaboration, reportorial requirements, and compliance with CDC policies and government regulations.
