CLARK FREEPORT – The Clark Development Corporation (CDC) is recognized for its commitment to promoting ease of doing business, with a pledge to enhance government service delivery to all locators within the Freeport.
As part of this effort, Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera, president, and CEO of CDC conducted an ocular inspection and meeting at the Clark Civil Aviation Complex on June 19. The meeting included Sarith Vaikuntan, general manager of Metrojet Engineering Clark Limited (MEC).
During the meeting, MEC expressed appreciation for CDC’s implementation of streamlined procedures and requested assistance in recruiting highly skilled professionals to meet the demands of their discerning clientele.
The discussions primarily focused on improving the ease of doing business and ensuring efficient delivery of government services to support MEC’s operations and foster growth in the region. MEC is equipped with a modern, state-of-the-art aviation facility that integrates hangar parking, maintenance, Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO), and associated services.
Several government offices are located at the CDC-maintained One Stop Processing Center (OSPC), which includes the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Social Security System (SSS), Pag-IBIG Fund, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), Local Government Unit – Mabalacat/BREQS, and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). Additionally, the OSPC houses the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO), Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA), and the Clark Angeles Mabalacat Province of Pampanga (CAMP) Employment Assistant Center.
Also present at the meeting included Atty. Noelle Mina D. Meneses, CDC’s Vice President for Business Development and Business Enhancement Group, Engr. Teresito T. Tiotuyco, Vice-President for Engineering Services Group, and Ma. Zoraida G. Camello, Special Assistant to the President.
