Cebu Pacific and Cebgo have adjusted flight frequencies to and from Legazpi, Albay on January 30 and 31, 2018, in line with the Notice to Airmen issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, opening the Legazpi International Airport from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, and pursuant to visual meteorological conditions
