ANGELES CITY– Combined elements of the Angeles City Police Station 6 and the Patrulya ng Bayan Volunteers of Barangay Virgen Delos Remedios have arrested a 27-year old man who snatched the mobile phone of a woman.
PCol Joyce Patrick Sangalang, City Director of the Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) identified the suspected robber as Aj Saming, of 0234 Hensonville, Barangay Malabanias, Angeles City. Sangalang said Saming reportedly took the mobile phone of Juliebellie Ann Marimla, 27 years old of Marisol St, Barangay Ninoy Aquino.
Saming who headed north of the McArthur Highway was immediately arrested after a hot pursuit. He was positively identified by the victim.
The mobile phone of the victim was recovered from Saming, who also yielded one icepick and one plastic sachet containing shabu. The black and red Moto posh motorcycle of Saming was also confiscated.
Saming was brought to Police Station 6 while charges are being readied against him.
