ANGELES CITY—Prominent human rights lawyer and advocate Atty. Chel Diokno paid a courtesy visit to the Angeles City Hall on May 6, 2025, where he was warmly received by Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr.
Diokno, known for his unwavering stance on justice and human rights, has long championed reforms in the judiciary system to make it more accessible to Filipinos from all walks of life.
Joining the visit were Angeles City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (ACDRRMO) Chief Rudy Simeon, City Legal Officer Atty. Ralph Macalino, and Barangay Lourdes Northwest Captain Nicanor Soriano.
