CAMP OLIVAS — A notorious Chinese drug trafficker listed as a high value target was arrested in an entrapment operation in Barangay Sapangbato, Angeles City on Sunday.
PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. identified the suspect as Chinese national Lou Chuan, 32 years old, alias “Liu Yang,” a high value target. The suspect is a native of Jixi City, Heilongjiang, China, and presently residing at the Clark Korean Community, Clark Hills, inside the Clark Freeport Zone.
Hidalgo said Angeles City police commander Maj. Christopher Lalic together with the SDEU operatives and in coordination with PDEA R03 seized from the suspect two small transparent sachets containing 19 pieces of small red tablets suspected to be YABA — a caffeine and methamphetamine-induced drug, four medium sized plastic sachets containing shabu weighing approximately 100 grams valued at P680,000.00, marked money, and one BMW sedan.
“Your police here in Central Luzon will crackdown on all forms of lawlessness, especially illegal drugs as we continue to deliver excellent police services to the communities of Region 3,” Hidalgo said.
