Clark BOC foils P6.7M shabu smuggle attempt

CLARK, Pampanga – The Bureau of Customs (BOC) at the Port of Clark intercepted nearly a kilo of suspected shabu worth P6.76 million, preventing its entry into the country in a coordinated anti-drug operation with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency – Airport Interdiction Unit (PDEA-AIU).

The seized package, declared as clothing, contained 994 grams of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride. Authorities credited strong inter-agency collaboration for the successful bust, reinforcing BOC’s ongoing efforts to tighten border security and combat illegal drug smuggling.
