Clark in the aftermath of ‘Ulysses’

Employees of the Clark Development Corporation clears roadways of fallen trees after Tropical Storm ‘Ulysses’ roared across Bicol, CALABARZON, Central Luzon and Metro Manila at dawn on Thursday leaving behind 13 dead, 20 injured and 15 missing.
