CLARK FREEPORT — Processing of requirements on government services will now be faster and more convenient for both locators and employees here.
This was made possible through the partnership of Clark Development Corporation (CDC) with various government agencies and a local government unit in Pampanga.
In a newly-signed accord, services of the One Stop Processing Center (OSPC) at the former Clark Polytechnic will be formalized and improved. The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed by CDC President Noel F. Manankil with Social Security System (SSS) Officer in Charge for Luzon Central Division Gloria Corazon Andrada, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) Branch Manager Ruby Vitug, Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-ibig) Branch Head Liberty Guerrero, Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Regional Director Ana Dione, Local Government Unit of Mabalacat Legal Officer Atty. Emmanuel Ignacio and CDC External Affairs Division Assistant Vice President Rommel Narciso,
The OSPC will fast track processing time for government services such as SSS registration and membership, PhilHealth payment premium contributions and members registration, Pag-ibig contribution, and other services offered by DOLE with the support of the Mabalacat City.
During the signing, Manankil said that the implementation of fast-tracked system at the said facility will add features to the ease of doing business in Clark.
He also thanked the representatives of each agencies adding that “this effort is very desirable for Clark and I hope you (referring to the government agencies) can make the similar arrangements with other regulatory agencies of the government.”
“Our goal here (in Clark) is to make business activities more seamless and faster”.
Currently, the OSPC houses key government agencies which services benefit Overseas Filipino Workers, Clark locators and employees and residents of various towns and cities. They include SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig and DOLE among others.
