
CLARK FREEPORT—Officials from the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) formally received the starting line flag for the upcoming Tour of Luzon 2025: The Great Revival during a ceremonial handover led by Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC).

The symbolic gesture was made by Arrey Perez, MPTC Executive Director and Regulatory Officer, underscoring Clark’s role as one of the key staging points for the prestigious cycling event.

Representing CDC President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera was Atty. Gloria Victoria Taruc, Vice President for the Legal Affairs Group, who accepted the flag on behalf of the corporation.

Joining her were top CDC officials: PMGen. Lina Sarmiento, VP for Security Services; Atty. Noelle Mina Meneses, VP for Business Development; Engr. Teresito Tiotuyco, VP for Engineering; Jose Miguel de la Rosa, VP for Administration and Finance; and Ma. Zoraida Camello, Special Assistant to the President and CEO.
The Tour of Luzon 2025, running from April 23 to May 1, is a premier long-distance cycling race traversing key locations including Ilocos, La Union, Clark, Pangasinan, and Baguio City.
