Congressman Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. delivered his personal gifts of Christmas ham and five kilos rice to Barangays Dau, Duquit, Camachiles, Mabiga, Sapang Biabas, Dapdap, San Francisco, and Tabun, Mabalacat City, on December 2, 2025.
Giving personal gifts to barangays has been Cong Pogi’s annual Christmas tradition since he was elected as Angeles City Councilor in 2013.
