PAMPANGA, Philippines – The Philippine Air Force (PAF) and U.S. Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) held Subject Matter Expert Exchanges (SMEEs) on April 10, 2025, at Basa Air Base in Floridablanca and Clark Air Base in Mabalacat City, Pampanga, under Cope Thunder Philippines 25-1.
The sessions tackled key areas like aircraft maintenance, communications, security, and aerospace physiology, boosting PH-US interoperability and modernization efforts.
