A traffic enforcer from the City of San Fernando, Pampanga was killed on the spot along Jose Abad Santos Avenue in Barangay San Jose Wednesday morning.
The victim was identified as Mark Jun Rodriguez, 31, who was on board a motorcycle during the incident. He was allegedly flagging down a 10-wheeler closed van along the Lazatin Flyover, since trucks are banned in the area.
The driver of the 10-wheeler closed van surrendered to the San Simon town police and was later turned over to authorities of the City of San Fernando.
A murder case is being filed against the suspect.
