Oplan Balik Eskwela (OBE) is an annual activity conducted by the Department of Education in line with the opening of classes every June. OBE Public assistance command centers (OBE-PACC) in the Central, Regional, Schools Division Offices are set up from Ma 21 to June 8 to respond to queries and provide assistance to all stakeholders to be able to facilitate a smooth opening of classes.
