As of 1:30 PM, the Department of Education (DepEd) Election Task Force (ETF) Command Center has received a total of 160 reports from its field offices. The majority of these reports pertain to issues involving vote counting machines (VCMs), missing names on the voters’ list, and health-related concerns affecting teachers and personnel.

The DepEd ETF is working closely with the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), the Philippine National Police (PNP), and other partner agencies to ensure a smooth, safe, and credible election process.
In line with the directive of Education Secretary Sonny Angara, the ETF, led by Undersecretary Malcolm Garma, is maintaining active coordination with Regional and Division ETF teams to ensure swift response and support for all incidents impacting the welfare and safety of DepEd teachers and staff currently performing their election duties.
