The DFA Consular Office – Angeles City wishes to inform the public that, in accordance with the extension of the Enhanced Community Quarantine through the directives of the IATF-EID until 30 April 2020, our services are still suspended, except to those requiring urgent or emergency Consular services.
Passport applicants with confirmed appointments from 17 MARCH to 30 APRIL 2020 will be accommodated at DFA CO Angeles on the following dates:

NOTES:
*07 May 2020 and 15 June 2020 are local holidays in Pampanga including Angeles City.
*Social Distancing will be strictly observed in CO Angeles premises
*All applicants are required to wear face masks before entering the CO premises.
Passport applicants who were affected by the Luzon-wide ECQ and the quarantine policies of their respective local governments are reminded that there is no need to reschedule or cancel their confirmed appointments. They can also choose to go to another CO instead of where they made their appointment, provided they call their CO of choice first to schedule their visit.
There will be some delays in the production, delivery, and availability of passports nationwide and at our Philippine Embassies and Consulates General until the quarantine period ends and the demand for passports and our logistics partners’ operations are stabilized.
