STA. ANA, Pampanga – With a name that means “to bring abundance,” mayoralty candidate Engr. Dinan Labung is being hailed as the hopeful face of change in this eastern Pampanga town. His campaign kicked off with a warm reception across all 14 barangays, where residents turned out to show support during his motorcade with running mate Oday Nacpil and his full slate of councilor bets.
Labung’s lineup includes Tek Concepcion, Jerome Gaddi, Soy Guevarra, Myriam Lansangan, Vergel Mallari, Gio Mesina, Alvin Pangilinan, and Alex Pasion. Also joining the motorcade were reelectionist board member Lucky Labung and board member aspirants Rolly Macalino and Alfie Bonifacio, signaling a united front ahead of the May polls.
The engineer-turned-politician is anchoring his campaign on promises of inclusive progress, aiming to deliver better infrastructure, livelihood opportunities, and people-centered governance to Sta. Ana residents. His name, a rallying cry for prosperity, is fast becoming a symbol of hope for many voters.
