CLARK FREEPORT, Pampanga – Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon and former Candaba mayor Jerry Pelayo met at Clark Freeport on Saturday September 20, to discuss the ongoing investigation on flood control projects in Pampanga’s fourth district, particularly in his hometown Candaba where billions of pesos were allotted.
The meeting comes as scrutiny over questionable flood control spending intensifies, with Candaba cited as one of the hardest-hit areas in recent flooding.
