Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon has ordered the acceleration of the Malolos-Clark segment of the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) to meet its 2028 completion target. A catch-up plan was submitted to address construction delays. The railway aims to cut travel time to just 30 minutes.
