CLARK, PAMPANGA — Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian visited a facility inside the Clark area on Tuesday for an inspection, eyeing it as a potential warehouse for Food and Non-Food Items (NFIs) and a future Disaster Response Command Center (DRCC) for DSWD Field Office 3.

This initiative is part of the agency’s intensified disaster preparedness efforts to ensure faster response to calamities in Central Luzon.

DSWD Field Office 3, led by Regional Director Venus F. Rebuldela, expressed gratitude to Clark International Airport Corporation President Jojit Alcazar and Pampanga Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda for their continued support in helping identify a suitable facility for the agency’s disaster response goals.
