MANILA, Philippines – Veronica Duterte, daughter of former president Rodrigo Duterte, claimed on Instagram that her father is being held in illegal detention without a warrant of arrest.
On Tuesday morning, March 11, Malacañang confirmed that Interpol Manila has received a copy of the International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant of arrest against the former president for crimes against humanity.
