The 96-year old former senator Juan Ponce Enrile has dissipated rumors that he is positive of COVID-19.
His response was: “Some people are asking if I am dead, or if I have COVID 19. Well, I am sorry to disappoint the rumormongers. I am still alive, and I do not have COVID 19. Thank God!!”
Enrile has been a talk of the netizens tagging him as ‘living legend’, ‘immuned’ and ‘immortal’ since coronavirus emerged this 2020.
“Enjoy your silliness, rumormongers. You might get what you are wishing for me. I will pray for your soul and health,” he said in his social media post.
