MANILA – Generally fair weather will prevail over most parts of the country on Friday, the weather bureau said.
The northeasterly wind flow affecting extreme northern Luzon will bring light rains over Batanes and Babuyan Islands. Cloudy skies will also prevail over these areas.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by the easterlies.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) forecast moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas to continue over extreme northern Luzon.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said. (PNA)
