CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, Bulacan – Police operatives continue to pounce hard against dealers of prohibited drugs in this city following the arrest of a female drug pusher and three other drug users during a buy-bust operation at an alleged dope den in Bgy. Graceville over the weekend.
In a report to Bulacan police director Senior Supt. Romeo Caramat Jr., SJDM police head Supt. Fitz Macariola identified the arrested suspects as Evangeline Bustillo, 32, resident of said place and Ronald Bacolod, also of said barangay.
Macariola said that both suspects are among the new players in the selling and distribution of shabu in the city.
He said the two were arrested by a police team after selling P500 worth of shabu to an undercover agent.
When frisked, the duo yielded 9 more plastic sachets of shabu with an estimated weight of 9 grams.
Two of their scorers were also caught while having shabu session. They were identified as Allan Cachupa and Mark Voltaire Esmaquilan.
Macariola said appropriate charges for violations of the Comprehensive Dangerous drugs act will be filed against the arrested suspects.—EMIL G. GAMOS
