A fire broke out on Monday afternoon damaging a small section of Jenra Dau.
Volunteer fireman Timothy Llanos Dee said his team immediately responded and put out the fire before it could engulf the biggest grocery store in Mabalacat City.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the fire but no one was injured.
The Bureau of Fire is currently observing the Fire Prevention Month as the Philippine summer season sets in.
