CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga – In a major crackdown on criminality, Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) arrested five of Central Luzon’s most wanted fugitives in simultaneous anti-criminality operations on March 3, 2025.
Among those captured was Kayshene Gabuan, 29, the Top 8 Most Wanted Person in Bulacan, wanted for two counts of statutory rape. In Olongapo City, authorities arrested Ariel Ramos Alog, alias “Tito Aye,” ranked No. 4 in the region, for qualified rape and acts of lasciviousness under RA 7610. Meanwhile, in Cabanatuan City, Dick Bernardino, 56, was caught for statutory rape and multiple violations of RA 7610, with bail set at ₱1 million for the latter charges.

In Pampanga, operatives apprehended Reyneir Luna, 37, the Top 5 Most Wanted in the province, for drug-related violations under RA 9165. The first arrest of the day happened in Nueva Ecija, where authorities captured Marcial Tuazon, 52, most wanted at the regional, provincial, and city levels, for statutory rape. All suspects were placed under police custody for legal proceedings.
PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN Jean S. Fajardo commended the police for their unwavering efforts. “These arrests prove that criminals cannot evade justice. We will remain relentless in making Central Luzon safer for all,” she said. Authorities urge the public to report any information on wanted fugitives through PNP hotlines or local police stations.
