Since CDC is a GOCC, we celebrate and commemorate various government-initiated programs that have impact on the Freeport Zone. These include Fire Prevention Week, National Arts Month, Women’s Month, etc.

The FRC is also the occasion when birthday celebrants are acknowledged and given special birthday tokens and greetings. Special awards, citations and recognitions of employees are also presented during the FRC.
