Former police officer and barangay captain of Balibago, Angeles City, Tony Mamac has submitted his candidacy for councilor on the last day of filing for the Certificate of Candidacy.
Mamac served as captain of Balibago for 16 years and retired as a police captain in 2002. His return to politics is expected to bring experience and insight to the local government, which could prove valuable in his campaign for a seat on the city council.
