A vendor selling fruits at a sidewalk was shot dead by two men on a motorcycle in Barangay Pulong Masle, Guagua, Pampanga, on Friday.
The Guagua police identified the victim as Darwin Cabrera, 54, of Bgy. Bacquit, Tibag, Tarlac City.
Initial probe revealed the victim was selling fruits on the sidewalk in Sitio Suat, Barangay Pulong Masle when two men on a red motorcycle stopped in front of him, then the backrider pulled out a gun and fired three shots hitting his head killing him instantly.
The two suspects, both wearing a black bonnet and jacket, sped off towards Lubao, Pampanga.
The police are now conducting a follow-up investigation to identify the suspects and the motive behind the killing.
