Barangay officials and other barangay staff in the City of San Fernando, working as Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Persons, attend the GAD Focal Point System Orientation, Planning, and Budgeting on October 11, 2018, at Heroes Hall. The discussion is spearheaded by the city government, led by Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago, together with the Department of the Interior and Local Government, and is aimed to strengthen the state of gender equality and social inclusiveness in the city, through creating programs for all types of gender.
