DINALUPIHAN, Bataan – A German national living in Barangay Tubo-tubo here was shot by unknown assailants on the early Friday morning, April 24.
According to a report from the PNP, a 62-year-old Thomas Perich y Ernstman was sleeping when he allegedly heard rocks being thrown at his house.
The victim went outside to investigate but he was suddenly shot by unknown assailants using unknown firearms.
The village chief reported the shooting incident while the victim was taken to the Dinalupihan District Hospital.
Personnel from the Dinalupihan Municipal Police Station responded to the call and is currently investigating the scene of the crime as of press time.
