CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the members of his administration for their unwavering support throughout his six-year term as the head of the provincial government of Pampanga.
In his statement, Governor Pineda personally expressed his gratitude to everyone who was part of his administration—from the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan led by Vice Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda, to Provincial Administrator Charlie Chua, Special Assistant to the Governor Angelina Blanco, department heads, heads of provincial government agencies, district hospital chiefs, and every employee of the provincial government.
“These dedicated individuals have been instrumental in the successful implementation of our 10-Point Agenda, which has brought about significant transformation in Pampanga,” Governor Pineda said.

He also acknowledged the vital support of former President and now 2nd District Representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, as well as 4th District Representative Anna York Bondoc, for their guidance and assistance through various funded programs that benefited the province.
Governor Pineda, who began his term in 2019, oversaw numerous programs and projects during his tenure. These included the “Alagang Nanay” Preventive Health Care Program, “Kapitolyo sa Barangay Program,” expanded scholarship grants, agricultural support, infrastructure development, and employment initiatives that significantly improved the lives of many Kapampangans.

His administration is also recognized for its swift and effective response during the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly through the establishment of the “Balik Pinas, Balik Pampanga” program.
Under his leadership, Pampanga achieved several significant milestones, including the establishment of the almost P500-million Rice Complex Facility in Sta Catalina, Lubao, Pampanga Provincial Hospital-Clark, establishment of 5 dialysis centers, and the country’s first floating mobile clinic for the coastal barangays in the province.

During his term, the province also recorded notable improvements. Poverty incidence dropped from 2.8% in 2018 to 1% in 2023, while the employment rate rose from 92.30% in 2021 to 96.10% in 2023. In addition, crime incidence in the province decreased by 31.19%.
As he steps down to assume the role of Vice Governor, Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda pledged his full support to the incoming administration of Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and vowed to continue championing inclusive growth for all Kapampangans.
