CLARK, Pampanga – Hann Resorts and Colliers Philippines spotlighted Central Luzon’s rising property and economic potential through “TALAKAD: Central Luzon’s Economic Rise,” a forum held in Clark that brought together key government agencies and real estate players.
During a panel discussion, Erwin Kenneth Peralta, Vice President of the BCDA Investment Promotions and Marketing Department, emphasized the anticipated economic boost from the pending passage of Senate Bill 2647 and Senate Bill 2898.
“These bills will open many doors for communities surrounding Clark,” Peralta said, citing their potential to spur investments and job creation. “It has worked in first world countries; it is now being done in Malaysia and Cambodia. We are next. We have to stay ahead.”
