More than 500 illegal drugs users and pushers from all over Mabalacat City attested to end involvement with illegal drugs during the mass oath taking led by Mabalacat City Mayor Marino Morales on Thursday at the Jade Hall, Xevera. “Help yourselves and we will help you to change. We will provide you education, rehabilitation and livelihood, Morales told them. Chief Inspector Gil A. Domingo said the surrendered users and pushers will undergo “continuous monitoring so thet they will not return to illegal drugs activities.” Domingo disclosed that there are an estimated 1 000 personalities involved in illegal drugs in Mabalacat City.
