43-year old Edwin Agustin of Lourdes North West, Angeles City, figured in a hit-and-run incident in Brgy Sta Trinidad, Angeles City on Thursday afternoon.
According to Agustin, he was on the side of the road when a Mitsubishi Montero (maroon in color) side swiped him sending him flying to the ground and damaged his bicycle.
The Montero driver took off leaving the biker alone but motorcycle riders who witnessed the incident chased the Montero driver and cornered him.
The driver was identified as Roldan Dizon Canlas, 42 years old, of Lot 1 Block 1, Villa Barosa, Phase II, City of San Fernando. The Angeles Police are currently investigating the incident. – Photos by Gio Yumul
