he House of David Group was among those recognized to be one of the catalyst of change during the Department of Education’s annual Stakeholders’ Day Celebration last December 28, 2016 at the SM Event Center, SM City Pampanga.
The DepEd-Region III Division of City Schools cited HD for donating “1 Building, 2 Classrooms” to Sta. Cruz Lubao Elementary School last June 7, 2016, and to Sindalan Elementary School, turnover of which is set this January 2017.
The aforementioned event was dedicated to all stakeholders for their active engagement, continous support and valuable contributions to the attainment of the Department of Education’s Vision and Mission.
Teresa David-Carlos, House of David Investment and Management Corporation (HDIMC) Chairman, imparted in her speech the importance of being able to consistently give back something for the community, and assured the Department of Education that they can count on these words.
Other notable attendees were School Divisions Superintendent Dr. Imelda P. Macaspac, City Councilor on Education, Hon. Renato C. Agustin, City Vice Mayor, Hon. Jaime Lazatin and City Mayor Hon. Edwin D. Santiago, among others.
