Heavy rains inundate the road leading to Mexico, Pampanga in front of SM Pampanga and Robinsons rendering the road impassable to light vehicles. The downpour has also swamped parts of the City of San Fernando. Two low pressure areas off Luzon will continue to bring rain this weekend, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA). The weather bureau also warned residents in Western Visayas, Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Occidental Mindoro and Northern Palawan against flashfloods and landslides.
