First District Representative Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II, who is running for mayor of Angeles City, lined up early to cast his vote at Pulung Bulu Elementary School on Monday, May 12, 2025.
Lazatin was accompanied by his sister, Janet, and cousin, Raffy Angeles, who also voted at the same polling place.
