Joseph Pascua Alcazar has been appointed as the new President and CEO of the Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC). Alcazar, a CIAC board member with over 27 years of management experience in marketing, business development, and telecommunications, takes on the leadership role with a solid background in corporate and public sector initiatives.
He holds a Communications degree from the University of the Philippines and a management certification from the Asian Institute of Management. Alcazar previously served as Chief ICT Advisor at the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), supporting the government’s Build Build Build Program.
He played key roles in major events, including the 30th Southeast Asian Games in 2019 and the 11th Asian Age Group Aquatics Championships held at New Clark City in February 2024. Alcazar’s experience includes senior positions at Smart Communications and McCann Erickson, co-founding Gondola Mobile Solutions, and chairing the Mobile Marketing Association Asia Pacific.
