MACABEBE, Pampanga – Over a thousand residents from Barangays San Jose and Castuli benefited from the Kapitolyo sa Barangay program, which delivered essential services, food packs, and financial aid from the Pampanga provincial government.
Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda and Vice Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda led the initiative, reaffirming their commitment to grassroots support. Among those grateful for the assistance was 91-year-old Opet Yanga, who recalled the long-standing help he received from the provincial government.
Also present were Board Members Pol Balingit and Jun Canlas, Special Assistant to the Governor Angelina Blanco, PSWD Officer Fe Manarang, Congresswoman Anna York Bondoc, Apalit Mayor Jun Tetangco, and Vice Mayor Vince Flores. Various provincial agencies, including PDRRMO, PSWDO, PTO, and GSO, worked together to distribute aid to the residents.
