MASANTOL, Pampanga – Before sunrise, Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda and his team sailed to Barangay Sapang Kawayan for Kapitolyo sa Barangay, a program bringing provincial government services directly to communities.
Joined by Rep. Anna York Bondoc, Mayor Tonton Bustos, Vice Mayor Dan Guintu, Special Assistant to the Governor Angelina Blanco, and PSWD Officer Fe Manarang, Pineda assured residents of accessible medical and social assistance from the provincial government.
The governor announced the rollout of floating diagnostic services in Pampanga’s second and fourth districts, offering free medical tests and three months of medication coverage for those in need.
Over 1,400 residents received cash aid and food packs, with Pineda personally distributing assistance. Residents expressed gratitude, calling the governor’s leadership approachable and compassionate.
