Korean Air offers connecting flights to US, Europe

CLARK FREEPORT, Pampanga — An executive of Korean Air announced that the largest airline out of Clark (CRK) now offers shortest connecting flights to travellers from the US, Europe and Oceania.
This was confirmed by Korean Air Regional Manager in the Philippines Cheol Lee.

Lee said the shortest connecting flight service of the Korean Air is 45 minutes minimum time.
He said Korean Air originating from Clark with shortest time connection includes US, Europe and Oceania flights.

The longest connecting flight, Lee added, could at least be 22 hours. 

He, however, said that travellers with 3 to 5 hours but not exceeding 24 hrs layover at Incheon, Korea can avail the aiport’s transit tour for free without any charges.

For five hours layover, Incheon Airport offers free transit tour to Airport-Gyeongbokgung Palace-Insadong-Airport. Other tour options include Airport -Myeongdong -Namdaemun Market -Airport among others.

Passengers who wish to avail free transit tour can book their reservations via  first come, first served for walk-ons. All regular tours include a free tour guide and tour bus excluding entrance fee and meal.

“The passengers could avail the above services through our call center and ticketing counters,” Lee stressed.

Korean Air, since its launch last October 27, has increased seat sales to 71 percent.

Korean Air will now be flying its Airbus A330 with 276 seats (24 business class and 252 for economy) on a daily non-stop service between Incheon and Clark.

With the inclusion of Clark flights, Korean Air now operates international flights to 125 cities in 44 countries.
